We are a MSA (Meat Standards Australia) accredited producer - this means we follow only the best guidelines of handling and raising of our cattle including being moved to fresh pasture every few days which keeps them handled and very well fed at all times.
We follow only the best international guidelines for managing the movement of our cattle through our paddocks and yards, by utilizing these methods the cattle are not overwhelmed or stressed by any experience.
And when the day comes for them to go to the butcher, we use a MSA (Meat Standards Australia) accredited abattoir that ensures the highest level of standards in managing the cattle calmly and respectively.
Our cattle are completely grain free for their whole life, Grass fed beef has a rich and earthy taste compared to grain fed meat and proven health benefits also, this is in part due to the variety of pastures that the cattle have access to 24 hours a day. This also means that the meat requires much less seasoning or marinades for its best taste to be enjoyed, usually salt, pepper and some good quality oil will do the trick!

Due to every beast being a little different the following amounts can vary a little but this breakdown will be very similar to what you will receive.
Everything is cyrovacced. Steak will usually be 2 to a pack, mince, sausages and strips and diced meat will be 0.5kg to a pack.
Price is $28/kg dressed beef. (so the final packaging - this is different for the price based on hung weight that some producers quote on with is before the meat is trimmed, boned and cut up)
Below is for the 25kg pack - the smaller one will be around 40% of these amounts but same cuts.

This is shin - similar in flavour to gravy beef and delicious slow cooked into casseroles or made into pulled beef for any Mexican meal.
This roast perfect slow cooked up or cut up and marinated for a delicious grill.
under-rated cut that is very meaty, tasty and tender. BBQ, pan fry or slow cook to really bring out its beautiful flavour.
Love this cut - I slow roast with a few onions and some passata for delicious pulled beef. Also perfect to smoke in a smoker.
Gluten free and full of flavour - who doesn't love a good snag. However if you don't you can opt for all mince instead.
You don't get more versatile than this cut! spag bol, lasagne, meatloaf, rissoles to name a few.
