We are currently doing the following packs:
1. The ever popular complete experience pack - approx. 25 kg covering all cuts of beef from fore and hind quarter. See more detail on the home page.
2. We will also have a 10-12 kg pack - similar break down to the 25 kg pack but less of each cut (approx 40% of the 25kg but all the same cuts) (it is just a smaller beast)
All mince, strips and sausages in 0.5 kg packs, all steaks come 2 to a pack.
